Refund Policy.

Digital Products

All Gemsourcery grimoires are digital products (PDF files) delivered instantly upon purchase. Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods delivered immediately, we do not generally offer refunds once the PDF has been downloaded or the confirmation email has been sent.

Exceptions

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive your PDF and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
  • The product is materially different from what was described on the website.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 48 hours.

Bundles

Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle (Couples Binding or Complete Zodiac) are not available. Bundles are refunded as a whole if eligible.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and promptly.
