1. Products

Gemsourcery sells digital products (PDF gemstone grimoires) delivered electronically. By purchasing, you agree that you are buying a digital download and that delivery is considered complete once the PDF is made available to you via email and/or download link.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use, download, and print the grimoire for your own private use. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or reproduce the content commercially. Gifting a purchased PDF to one other person for their personal use is permitted.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
